By placing your bookings, you agree to the terms specific to our services:
As the Walker I will always notify The Owner of any occurrence regarding the dog which may be important to the care and well-being of the dog.
I shall perform the agreed-on services in an attentive, reliable and caring way and The Owner does hereby agree to provide all the necessary information to assist myself in this performance.
I can supply waste bags and will promptly remove all dog feces from all public grounds.
The Owner will provide suitable collars and leads that are approved by myself, as well as a jacket and muzzle if required.
During walks, I will be taking pictures/videos to share with yourselves, The Owners. They will also be used for my business social media and website.
Payments
Payments are required before each appointment (Up to 24 hours before). You will receive payment details via email after confirmation of booking. Invoices can be provided if requested.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before an appointment. If cancelled within 48 hours of an appointment a 50% charge will apply.
Insurance
The Walker is insured with PetPlan Sanctuary including Public Liability, Animal Care Custody & Control of Animals and Professional Indemnity.
Client Confidentiality
All personal details regarding what is in The Owner’s home, their address, where they live, or booking will be kept confidential.
Emergency
In an emergency, I will contact the owner to determine the next steps. If The Owner is not available, I will use a second emergency contact and the Vet’s contact details.
Termination
Either myself or the owners can terminate my services, by giving 7 days written notice of termination.
